Cocktail Hour Playlist

This is the longest I have gone without posting since starting my blog back in 2017! It started as Bees & Bubbles back then, but has since evolved to Château House (what I named our house) to more broadly encompass celebrations of simple pleasures, various recipes, some of my favorite places to visit, and inspiration for interiors and gardening with a French twist.

Music adds dimension to daily life, and is an essential when we have company. We have Sonos speakers throughout our living areas and a mobile speaker we can take outside for al fresco dining. When you have a lot of people and conversation around, you don’t want the music to dominate however, so I created a playlist with some low key jazz and Bossa Nova that’s the perfect accompaniment to conversation.
